I'm shopping mainly the 2020-2022 cars, because I do want the V8.
I've been surprised by the percentage of these cars that were made with AWD. It seems high to me compared to any other model I can think of. Another thing I've noticed is that dealers are pretty lax in listing the driveline--they almost always put RWD, and you have to go looking for a window sticker or something to find out the real story.
I've never had AWD and I'm uncertain about considering those cars. (I live in an area that doesn't usually get severe winters.) I'm somewhat afraid of increased parts and repair cost over RWD, especially as the car ages.
Anybody here got good experience with the AWD system and could share some tips?
Thanks!
